The Apricot Pepper Jam is excellent. I used it on boneless chicken thighs cooked in the oven as part of a Chinese 9 course Valentine dinner I made for my wife, we both loved it! It's got a great taste and it really has subtle heat like the description states, it's not too hot or too sweet like other pepper jams/jelly's we've tried on chicken and we've tried a lot, this is the best one! Try it!
