This jam is made from our dried apricots, and it is superb.
ApricotKing's jam will spoil you from ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).
We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (less than 10%) to set the pectin.
Just like your Grandma used to make....only better!

Unbelievably delicious
This is the most amazing tasting apricot jam in the world. We ordered one jar to test it out and I had placed an order for two more before we even finished the first one, then four more after that as soon as the next two arrived. I have been instructed by my family to never run out of this product. We eat it on toast and bagels, spread it on sandwiches, use it as a garnish on a cheese plate. There really isn't anything that won't be better with this apricot jam on it . . .

Apricot Jam That's a Cut Above
This jam tastes homemade, in fact maybe better than homemade because it's not overly sweet but just right. Great on toast or or making a sauce with wine and herbs for meat. Lovely.
