This jam is made from our dried apricots, and it is superb.
ApricotKing's jam will spoil you from ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).
We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (less than 10%) to set the pectin.

Best Jam!
My 91 year old Mother loves this jam. So does my 91 year old Dad. They met at Paso Robles HS in 1947 and they know jam. My Grandmother taught my Mom to cook on a wood stove and then can everything from fruit to veggies. My Mom says this is the only jam she wants!

Best apricots on the planet
When my own Blenheim apricot tree died after 30 years, I discovered Apricot King and the wonderful people who grow Blenheim apricots. I recently ordered a case of their Apricot Jam and declare it is the best jam you can find. It has Flavor, with a capital F, unlike any other apricot jam out there. And I love that it is a low sugar product.

Apricot King - Blenheim Apricot Jam (Low Sugar)
Our toaster is currently broken and we have not had the enjoyment of spreading the Blenheim jam on toast as yet. However, knowing the quality of the Gonzales' products, their jam will be outstanding including licking the knife after applying the jam to toast and fruit and just about anything!
