This jam is made from our dried apricots, and it is superb.
ApricotKing's jam will spoil you from ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).
We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (less than 10%) to set the pectin.

perfect jam
I have eaten this jam on toast & English muffins and in used it in a few recipes. I like it because it isn't too sweet, so the apricot flavor really shines through

This is the best apricot jam ever. I’ve put it on toast, pancakes, pb&j, ice cream, yogurt, and I’ve eaten it out of the jar with a spoon.
