This jam is made from our dried apricots, and it is superb.
ApricotKing's jam will spoil you from ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).
We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (less than 10%) to set the pectin.

Love This Jam
I find most commercial jams to be too sweet so that the sugar swamps the flavor. This 'low sugar' jam was perfect, retaining some of the tartness of the fruit while also using enough sugar to mellow out and complement the natural tannic flavor of the apricots.

The flavor of this jam is fantastic! There are a couple of reasons I really love it. One is that it IS low sugar but, has that super apricot goodness. Because it is low sugar using with chicken and pork is a great option.
