ApricotKing's jam will spoil you from ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).
We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (less than 10%) to set the pectin.

Delicious jam
It is really just like eating a fresh picked apricot. The taste is so redolent with apricot. It is a rare treat when I add them to my nut order. I am so grateful AK has this to offer.

Apricot Jam is superb!
The quarantine has given me lots of time to bake, and the apricot jam is divine. My fave: use it between layers of chocolate cake. It's sweet and tart, and a great alternative to the usual kinds of filling. Plus, I have it on my toast EVERY morning! Wonderful!

This apricot jam is simply delicious. It's not too sweet, has full-bodied apricot flavor, and goes well on everything from English muffins to biscuits to toast and beyond.

Apricot heaven
Little golden orange jewels of flavor. I have to 'limit' myself or I'd go through a jar too fast. Love a spoon full in a cup of hot tea, no need for sugar and so flavorful! And what could be better than fruit grown in California!!

Like My Grandma Made
I love Penzey's apricot jam. I like that is not too sweet and it reminds me of my grandmother's apricot preserves. I never canned or made jam myself, but the mom and grandmother did, and I see them sweating over big pots of fruit on hot days in summertime Kansas, and I'm so relieved that I don't have to do this. Love the jam on toast, but it would also taste good on ice cream!
