Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

It's like a horserace here. Three hundred orders came in over the weekend. Mostly gifts, lots of messages to write....we'll doour best......but orders made after today MONDAY.....are not guaranteed to make it by Christmas....

I lied. There are more puddles.Order away...The Chocolate is flowing.....the machine is humming,the staff is packing, and we are shipping outeverything that is ordered.It's like a Run for the Roses type event here at ApricotKiang

My apologies to the Puddle fans......a few came out, then the chocolatemachine broke, then the chocolate man ran out of dark chocolates......Ipromise they're coming. We were forced to do them individually and it's taken forever. We're promised that the chocolate man's machine if fixed, and his dark chocolate is flowing.Worth waiting for .............for sure.

Some call them crack. We call them Puddles.They're back in stock........tender cots, caramel puddle in the center, dark chocolate all around. Yikes.....could there be anything better? Limit 2-3 per customer.
