June Drop

Green cots are falling off the trees......it's a sad sight to see....It's called the June Drop.
The apricots are growing and searching for room.....stronger apricots are actually pushing the little fellas off the limbs to make room for themselves.
This happens every year, but it's frightful to see part of your crop on the ground.
Now, who ordered all this hot weather? No No No.....we don't like it this HOT!
Blenheims don't like this kind of heat. We prefer the 80's, not the 100's.
.......Careful what you wish for....We have a few boxes picked for the Farmer's Markets on Sunday.Nothing in bulk yet. Nothing for jamming yet.
Prepare for the full blown harvest on June 26th.
