Red Walnuts are back!

It has taken us forever to hand crack the few tons of Livermore Red Walnuts we harvested

this year.  Never seen a Red Walnut?

UC Davis released a few thousand trees to only farmers 10 years ago.

We bought 17, planted them, babied them, shaped and pruned them,

and waited for the first harvest.  Eight years later, we harvested our first

crop of Livermore Variety Red Walnuts.  They're beautiful.  Tasty. A labor of love.
