Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! 2022/2023 Usually sold to bakeries, these are our Standard Blenheim Apricots.
We've made them available to you bakers, cookers, fried pie Southerners,
and pie & pastry chefs.

These smaller apricots are a little tart, not too sweet, still having that killer Blenheim flavor.

I bought the Bulk Baking Blenheims - 10 lbs. Like Kim said, that's a lotta apricots. However, they aren't going to last long.
I remember the apricots my mother used to give me as a treat, tart and chewy. These are them!
I've been eating them out-of-hand and using them instead of raisins. And sharing with foodie friends!
I had been searching for the perfect apricots to make a Georgian/Armenian soup from Naomi Dugid. I can't wait.
I might even make homemade apricot filling for hamantaschen.

The service was fast; the product (10 lb bulk) was exactly as indicated. Apricots are so yummy, sweet, and soft. They freeze great for use all year long. This morning I put some in homemade scones. Fabulous! Love your apricots.

So good. Bought the 8lb bulk. Mumma-mia, that's allota apricots!
Been snacking, froze some and made apricot square that were out of this world.
Got enough to last awhile. When I need more I know where to go for California Apricots.

These are a huge treat: tart-sweet, soft and ready for snacking or baking pies/ tarts, putting in your morning oatmeal. The bulk packaging is reasonably priced given the very high quality of the product- such a step up from what is available at grocery or big box stores. AND this is a way to keep a small independent grower in business. But American ‘cots and from a family run business: A WIN!!
