About ApricotKing
Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

2024 crop
Classic slabs are overripe, sticky, and full of the sweetest flavor.
These are machine cut, delicate, thin slabs....very sweet and very tender.
Always in top demand, you'll notice the unique color & deep taste of slabs.
Our crop produced several tons of slabs.....it was very hot several days during harvest....
so the yield on overripe fruit was excellent.
The Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!

Although dried apricots are best in my opinion when juicy, I eat them year around and Apricot King has great quality.

We have been buying your delicious slabs for years.

Thank-you for my most recent order of Slabs. They arrived very quickly. (I noticed you stayed late processing orders, much appreciated!) This new batch (2024) is very moist and sweet; the BEST quality for dried Apricots. I also like the low sulfur content. The "Apricot Queen" is absolutely delightful on the phone and I wish her and her family the best!

Thank you to Apricotking for offering these wonderful treats to the public. I was lucky enough to spend my first seventeen years growing up on an apricot and prune orchard. I still love these treats from summer and enjoy all year long thanks to Patti and staff at Apricotking.
