Sweet and firm!

I think I heard about you on Ruth Reichl’s list of Christmas presents to buy for cooks. I remember as a kid sneaking apricots out of my mom’s baking drawer. So I ordered ten pounds of Orchard Blend, packaged them up for friends and I still have plenty left for myself! Tart and sweet, you will never want to use (Turkish) apricots again?

Apricots that taste the way they should
I had stopped buying dried apricots. They were so tough, tasted so bland. When a friend offered me a taste of her order from Apricot King I couldn't believe how real they tasted. Tart, sweet, tender. Absolutely love them.
