I've been sending your apricots to family members for many years to honor the memory of my grandmother, Elizabeth Koltnow Krane, who died in 1972. When I was a child in the 50s, Grandma always had moist, sweet, dried apricots in her pantry for myself and my siblings. Over a decade ago, one of my brothers sent me a gift package of your apricots which brought me wonderful memories. Ever since then, I've been sending your apricots to siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews, and reminding them of, or introducing them to, a beloved grandma (or Aunt Betty) with your help.
