Each apricot is perfect, so naturally sweet and a sheer delight to savor individually . We mostly enjoy them alone, mix into trail mix, include in chicken dishes for entertaining and in yogurt or granola in the morning. The company is so responsive and helpful. A true gem of an organization.

Apricots Kick Cheesecake's Tush
All my life, I order dried fruit from ApricotKing in Hollister. No other dried fruit is even worth eating. This stuff does not tear my old teeth out, eating them. Nice & moist & tender. But I don't eat much dried fruit, plain. These apricots put the kick in so many of my baked goods. Like Apricot Cheesecake . . . you'll never want any of that artificially topping junk again. Punch it up with a layer of rehydrated apricots as jam!

ApricotKing has the best apricots. I usually buy the 10 lb bulk leathers but started trying some of their others and they are all fantastic. I received the notice about the killer deal on their Fancy cots. I ordered and these are fantastic, and even better, at a discounted price. I freeze and eat dried apricots as snacks. Also great in muffins!
