As a huge fan of blenheim apricots, I've tried'em all. These are the best, hands down. I get them in bulk as they stay nicely in the fridge/freezer for a long time. We eat them by the handfuls, put them in oatmeal, cookies, stew. You name it. The Best. Did I say they were the best? They are. Incredibly Delicious!
My husband and I love the tangy flavor of these wonderful California apricots. Besides eating them out of hand, I add whole apricots to peach pies, and chop them into pieces for oatmeal cookies and muffins. I was so glad that Patti from ApricotKing advised us to refrigerate these apricots so they always taste just as fresh and flavorful as when we first received them.
