Fancy Blenheims- Killer Deal

I love these apricots. I am low on potassium and so I eat these right out of package. They are soft and not overly sweet. I also buy your slab apricots and cook and make fried apricot pies and jam for toast. Your apricots are the best. I’ve been buying them for years.

Because the Blenheim apricot does not handle being shipped fresh, East coast dwellers like me don't get to enjoy them other than in dried form. This year's Blenheims are so tender that with just some pureeing with a bit of water or fruit juice, they become a wonderful jam, no cooking needed. The hard part is setting some aside to make the spread - it's difficult to control the urge to gobble them as is.

Your sulfured apricots have just the right taste to make them perfect. They are superior to any other type of dried apricot. I grew up in the valley of the San Jose area before the orchards were replaced with commercial and residential buildings and when, along the railroad tracks, you could delight in the smell of drying “cots”!

I have loved apricots ever, since my grandmother fed them to me as a child. I was visiting friends in the bay area, and they presented me with a gift basket that included these apricots, and I was so amazed at the taste and texture. I had to ask where they got them, and it was from apricot king at a local farmers market, I ordered them as a gift but I will taste some. They are outstanding! Thanks to the growers, who give us this special gift from nature!.

I had been buying grocery store dried apricots for years. When our local grocery had a few week delay in getting restocked, I looked around the internet for alternatives. I found the Blenheim product offered by Patti and Gary and tried them out. Several orders later, I can't get enough and recommend going straight to the source now like I do. You won't regret it. These are the best dried apricots I've had in my life (and I've lived a few...5...decades). Bravo to the Gonzales family for their great products!
