Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Not every apricot can grow up to be a SLIPPIT.
Gotta be extra-large, plump, flawless, and ripe.
We save the best Blenheims of the day for slippits............the Cadillac of our Line.
These luscious slippits are dried whole in the sun.
After 3-4 days, the pit is gently slipped out.
That little bit of extra roasted-in-pit time, gives the slippies an extra pizzaz and unique flavor.

Thank you so much for including the package of Simply Slabs and the tasty treat of slip pit apricots with my last order!! We absolutely loved the slip pits and I think I may treat us to a pack of those now and again in the future.
And of course, the wonderful killer deal Blenheims are always superb!! My daughter was visiting and I offered her some and she turned me down, thinking they were just "store-bought" apricots. A little later, she snuck one out of the fridge and then another and another and another!! She was so impressed and asked where I was buying these. So maybe you'll have another customer soon!!
So glad to have this lovely reminder of California every day for breakfast. They're the best!!

These are AMAZING!!!! the taste is as delicious as every other apricot product, but the texture of slip pits is incredible. soft, chewy, delicious. worth the price.

You never realize how sad and deficient other dried apricot are until you've tasted a Slippit. Perfectly plump and well- balanced between sweet and tart. Delicious...They are simply the BEST!!
