In 2025 ApricotKing produced 240 cases of the fabulous slippits.

In 2026 we managed to produce 15 cases.

No kidding....the heat wave in March stunted the growth of our apricots. 

Slippits need to be large, plump, flawless, and very ripe.

2026 brought us few of the above......the ones we call the Cadillac of our Line.

Limiting customers to 3-4 bags this year. 

After 3-4 days, the pit is gently slipped out.

That little bit of extra roasted-in-pit time, gives the slippies an extra pizzaz and unique flavor.

Not available in bulk as in previous years...Mother Nature did not cooperate in 2026.

    These slip-pits are simply the finest dried apricots I have ever eaten, and that’s sayin’ something! I’m a native th the SF Bay Area and have spent my life loving dried apricots of every kind. Apricot King’s Slip Pits surpass all. They’re large, moist, sweet-tart, thick and absolutely scrumptious! You’re gonna’ love ‘em!!

    I have eaten dried apricots since I was a small girl. I so enjoy them! My brother gifted me with a bag of slip pits from Apricot King. They were moist and flavorful! I am not sure I can ever go back to regular dried apricots!

    God smiles on the Gonzales family and the products they create in Hollister. These Slip Pit apricots are so big and so delicious! I have had slip pits from other farms and these by far are the best! Harvested at the peak of ripeness and dried perfectly to give you a piece of fruit that is the ultimate treat. So much better for you than all the sugary snacks in stores.
