Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Gotta be extra-large, plump, flawless, and ripe.
We save the best Blenheims of the day for slippits............the Cadillac of our Line.
These luscious slippits are dried whole in the sun.
After 3-4 days, the pit is gently slipped out.
That little bit of extra roasted-in-pit time, gives the slippies an extra pizzaz and unique flavor.

These are AMAZING!!!! the taste is as delicious as every other apricot product, but the texture of slip pits is incredible. soft, chewy, delicious. worth the price.

You never realize how sad and deficient other dried apricot are until you've tasted a Slippit. Perfectly plump and well- balanced between sweet and tart. Delicious...They are simply the BEST!!

I can’t stop eating these slippits. They are soft and fragrant and so full of apricot flavor. I’ve never tasted any dried apricots that come close to this flavor profile. If you love apricots, these are the top of the line. Truly a special treat to be savored.
