Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Large Bartlett Pears
These dried Bartlett pears are absolutely stellar...unlike anything you've ever tasted.
They are soft, moist, grainy, packed with concentrated sugar and simply melt in your mouth.
They have become our latest addiction.
Keep refrigerated. There is more fiber in pears than there are in prunes.
Four- a -day is your limit.

Love pie...hate to turn on oven in summer. These pears are the answer. They are moist and chewy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Taste is perfect. I have several pieces for dessert when the sweet-tooth demands something to signal dinner is OVER. Great anytime snack, actually. They really are the best dried pears I have ever tasted. Highly recommended!

These dried jumbo Bartlett pears are truly delicious, just bursting with pear flavor and sweetness. They're the best dried pears I've ever tried, and they're definitely my brother's favorite -- which is great, because it means there are more of those luscious apricots from Apricot King for the rest of us!

These are delicious treats. They are not gritty, but silky smooth and flavorful. They are sweet, but not overly sweet. Lovely with cheese.
