They're just great almonds.....
This year's crop of almonds was less abundant than in previous years, but fresh.
All California almonds by law are pasturized......People question this all the time......so for the record:
Our almonds go through a quick steam pasteurization and are crunchy and sweet-tasty.
They are considered raw.
Not roasted, toasted, flavored, candied, or salted.
Keep refrigerated.
We've reduced by $2 the price of the bag on 15 oz almonds.
Option #2 the 2 lb bag is reduced by $7.

Absolutely delicious!
These almonds are delicious. I leave them on the counter and snack on them all the time. It is just so great to be able to get fresh nuts from a local farming family. I am a big fan of farming families (my family was one of them), so I’m glad to have found them. Receiving your order is just a way more personal experience and much better quality than any “regular” store can provide.

Fabulous Almonds
If you have not tried these almonds, you are missing something. I like to toast them and eat them whole or grind them up and toss on hot oatmeal or French toast with marmalade. I put them in a stainless steel frying pan and heat them slowly to prevent burning. Once they have a darkened brownish patina, their taste is wonderfully enhanced. I also use them raw by grinding into almond meal for making cookies.

The best and only almonds we will buy
We have been eating these delicious almonds since 2011! They’re the only almonds we will ever eat! I use them to snack, back, make salads and almond milk.

We were mesmerized by these incredible almonds; they were tender, sweet, and fresh. What a difference from store bought almonds. These Almonds taste so Fresh and delicious! They are so tender Not like the hard tasteless ones you get in the store. We buy several bags!

Real Almonds, Fresh Walnuts
These almonds are terrific. I had not tasted an unprocessed (not dried, roasted, salted, etc) almond before and I am 83 years old! The almonds are wonderfully good. Service with Apricot King was excellent - easy ordering (on line), prompt delivery, low prices. The walnuts are fresh and reasonably priced. So much better than grocery store.

Great Almonds
Good, raw almonds were hard to find, until I found Apricot King. Although I am sure they would be good for baking and cooking, I use them for a healthy snack at work. Great value.
