A big dried apricot fan from my earliest of years! My mother used to buy the packaged dried out stuff from the market, from what I was told as early as age 4 and if they were in reach...well..mostly they weren't but had my fair share when out on the counter! In later years she would hid her purchase....or half the bag would be gone before she got to the recipe. Lots of Armenian dishes are cooked with dried fruit, lots of taste added to many! Well once I looked up 'online' and saw 'Apricot King' how could one go wrong?? Oh my, hooked!! I was eating dried up apricots before I found Apricot King! Best anywhere! To add I love our California farmers and the land they treat like gold!!! Can't say enough good things about Apricot King products!!!
