Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Back in Aug 2025 when new crop arrives
Not every apricot can grow up to be a SLIPPIT.
Gotta be extra-large, plump, flawless, and ripe.
We save the best Blenheims of the day for slippits............the Cadillac of our Line.
These luscious slippits are dried whole in the sun.
After 3-4 days, the pit is gently slipped out.
That little bit of extra roasted-in-pit time, gives the slippies an extra pizzaz and unique flavor.

The Slip Pits are outstanding. Huge, jammy, tart, flavorful, just incredible. It's as if they are only half dried, so incredibly moist.
There is really no toughness to these at all, which I personally love and prefer. They're also huge, a two-bite treat! Worth every penny.

I have never had apricots like these. They are truly an indulgence!! Soft, moist and velvety and full of flavor. I do actually prefer the chewier/firmer apricots as a personal preference for long term snacking but these are definitely a must try at least once.

These slip-pits are simply the finest dried apricots I have ever eaten, and that’s sayin’ something!
I’m a native th the SF Bay Area and have spent my life loving dried apricots of every kind. Apricot King’s Slip Pits surpass all. They’re large, moist, sweet-tart, thick and absolutely scrumptious! You’re gonna’ love ‘em!!
