A great way to get all the nutrition of apricot kernels in a sweet treat. I recommend using a coffee grinder for grinding the kernels and almonds.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. ground apricot kernels
- 1 1/2 oz. ground almonds
- 1 1/2 oz. sorghum syrup
Directions:
Mix together apricot kernels, almonds and syrup. Pat into a 4" x 6" rectangle on wax paper. Put into refrigerator to meld overnight. Cut into 32 squares and roll into balls.
Each ball contains about 2 apricot kernels.
