Unsulphured Blenheim apricots are cut in half & sun dried.
No sugar added. No sulphur.
They are dried (almost cured) for about 7 days, scraped, washed, and redried.
This year's unsulphured are the best we've ever done....magnificently rich in color and flavor.
They can be frozen or refrigerated for years.
We keep them very dry......but you can soften them up with a little water.
The darker black they are.....the sweeter they are.
All our fruit is organically grown.
These 16 oz unsulphured are spectacular color and taste.

Wonderful!
Just a note to say thanks for the 'slip pits' bonus 'shipping' rate. I had not tried those before, way good, maybe too good! Everything arrived quickly as usual. We love your products, try not to order to often as it's too tempting and too much of a good thing...well is actually too good. I have had some health issue and as a result one of the notations was to 'limit' dried fruit (are they crazy?) and it mostly says to keep to 'unsulfered' products. So much as I am an 'dried apricot' addict since childhood I knew I had better pay attention (well a little). The unsulfered are so good, I hate to give up (well for awhile) the regular dried cots but don't need to create any issue and these fill the bill. I think I was imagining them to be dred like 'rocks' as the ones Trader Joe's sell (can't buy those did that ONCE). So thank for the bonus...I am limiting them to one a day (tough work) and all of the great products we have ordered. Thanks again, can't say enough good things and hope some friends have begun to order...often offer them when we gather.

Love them!
Because of an issue with a restricted diet had to go unsulfured...well these are so tasty and 'meaty' they are an easy snack without the 'sulfured' additive. Much as I love my 'slabs'...need to cool it for a while! These fit the bill perfectly...I am am 'dried apricot addict' since childhood!!!

Flipping Delicious
While smaller and thinner than the usual Turkish apricots, these incredible Blenheim apricots are delicate and flavorful. I love the brightness! I finished my bag so I'm ordering more. I also give five stars to the packaging. What a lovely human touch! Thank you!

Unsulphered apricots
The only dried apricots we eat, their taste is so concentrated and not artificially sweet. I briefly soak them, then bake w/the liquid in a covered dish 1 hour, 350°. Yummy! Thanks!
