Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Shaken off the trees in November, Cracked in December..........
They are truly the best walnuts ever.
(Everyone says they'll never eat the store bought ones again)
They are light halves & pieces, Chandler variety, clean, blond-colored, and
have a wonderful "no-bite" buttery flavor. 12 oz 1.75 lbs
The secret to good walnuts is to keep them refrigerated.
They will hold in the refrigerator (never the freezer) for a year.
New studies show people who eat nuts every day live longer, are healthier, and slimmer than those who don't eat nuts much or at all.
With that said, here's a little more help to really enjoy these heart-healthy goodies as we have the best premium walnuts around!!
**Our walnuts were certified organic until 2005...we've not changed our farming practices, just quit the certifying and paperwork fees that go with organic walnuts.

These walnuts are delicious! They’re a very mild flavored, whole halves mostly and perfect for eating a handful, add to salads, or added to baked goods.
We eat so many of these that I usually have to order 8 pounds...twice a year.

Before tasting these walnuts, I was not a walnut fan....didn’t like the bitter taste with each bite. Then I tried these, with reluctance. Now, I love walnuts and am making up for lost time. Great taste, no bitterness, and healthy for you, too.

These walnuts are fresh and they don't have the tannic bite of many walnuts. I'm using them for snacking and will be baking with them. I'll order them again.

Apricot King's walnuts are the freshest, sweetest walnuts you will ever taste. I have been purchasing walnuts solely from Patti and her family for over 20 years. Their secret is care: refrigerated right after harvest until you purchase them preserves freshness and sweetness and avoids the bitterness that commercially available walnuts often have. I've converted many "walnut haters" into "walnut lovers."

They are so fresh and tasty. Use them in cooking, baking and just on top of our oatmeal. They are good for the brain too and at our age we need that.
