They are light halves & pieces, Chandler variety, clean, blond-colored, and
have a wonderful "no-bite" buttery flavor. 12 oz 1.75 lbs
The secret to good walnuts is to keep them refrigerated.
They will hold in the refrigerator (never the freezer) for a year.
New studies show people who eat nuts every day live longer, are healthier, and slimmer than those who don't eat nuts much or at all.

**Our walnuts were certified organic until 2005...we've not changed our farming practices, just quit the certifying and paperwork fees that go with organic walnuts.

I live in Phoenix Arizona. I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law in San Jose. We went to the farmers market and I had some walnuts we bought there. This was several years ago, I have been ordering them ever since. They are very good I have never found any better.
