They are light halves & pieces, Chandler variety, clean, blond-colored, and
have a wonderful "no-bite" buttery flavor. 12 oz 1.75 lbs
The secret to good walnuts is to keep them refrigerated.
They will hold in the refrigerator (never the freezer) for a year.
New studies show people who eat nuts every day live longer, are healthier, and slimmer than those who don't eat nuts much or at all.

**Our walnuts were certified organic until 2005...we've not changed our farming practices, just quit the certifying and paperwork fees that go with organic walnuts.

Delicious!
These walnuts are fresh and they don't have the tannic bite of many walnuts. I'm using them for snacking and will be baking with them. I'll order them again.
