Blenheim Apricot Jam (Low Sugar)
Hollister is one of the few places that still grows the best Blenheim apricots in the world. So
This jam is made from our dried apricots, and it is superb.
Apricotking's jam will spoil you for ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).
We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (10% or so) to set the pectin.
Just like your Grandma used to make....only better!

This jam is like spreading AK Blenheim apricots on your morning toast. Low sugar and just delicious!

Love, love, love the low-sugar jam. Tastes like what my Kansas grandmother made and that's a huge compliment. Makes a nice condiment for pork or chicken or as a glaze, but best on good on hot toast with butter

When someone gets a chance , let me know if I will soon be feasting on your jam. I am on my last 2 jars. Found out that the dried cots are wonderful in waffle batter. Causes a lot of 'overeating.. Thank you for growing the best apricots that I have ever tasted. Your jam is 'better' than grandma used to make. That is why this grandma prefers yours.
