Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Not every Blenheim can grow up to be a SLIPPIT.
Very few Blenheims grow this large & flawless.
ApricotKing selects the fullest & ripest cot to be SLIPPITS
The entire apricot is dried in the sun.
This gives slippies a deeper flavor ..... like in the old days when people canned and put a pit in the jar for flavor.
That's a real thing, the pit itself has a flavor.
The pits are slipped out (by hand -each-and-every-single-one),
washed, re-dried, & there you have it............... 10 lbs bulk

Slippits are the best!

We ordered the 10 pound bag and were pleased with the quality - plump and tasty. We have vacuum sealed them in smaller amounts to enjoy for weeks and weeks.

Good, but not as sweet as Orchard Blend

At almost twice the price of 10 lbs of Orchard Blend, I thought these would be amazing. I am a bit disappointed. They are good, but I much prefer the Orchard Blend for it's sweetness along with the better price.

I love these apricots! They are big, chewy and so flavorful. I buy the 8lb bags and they really keep well in the refrigerator.

The slip-pit Blenheims really are the world's best.
I've been a fruit nut (connoisseur) since I was a kid and have tried every type of apricot I could find.

I have ordered the slip-pit Blenheims for many years. Of course, weather conditions effect the annual crop. This year they are not the moistest I have ever enjoyed, but they are quite large - easily twice the size of supermarket dried apricots.

These were delicious! Very soft and sweet. I usually would order the unsulfured ones but they were not available for the bulk sale. So I decided to give these a try. I would buy again for sure.
