It's our delicious apricots with dried red chili peppers & crushed jalapenos.
No sugar added. (The Blenheims are sweet enough already)
(I've made a pig of myself at parties with my apricot pepper jam).
The CotKing adds it to barbeque sauce & calls it his secret receipe.
Very popular as a dip or on crackers or toast.
It's a warm, not "I am on fire" ....a very subtle heat.

Hollister is know for its apricots or at least it was when I was a kid cutting cots in the shed. This product is perfect; great apricot taste with a little spice, not too much. Delicious with cheese, pork, peanut butter or anything else you can think of. Highly recommend.

My husband finished half the jar before I even tasted it
It sounded delicious so I thought I'd use it as a glaze or on toast, but I'm glad my husband enjoyed it. I think he's just eating it straight from the jar :)

Great Pepper Jam
This pepper jam is subtle. And suitable for most that like just a hint of spicy heat. What I would love to see is also a higher level of pepper heat, up to medium hot.

My favorite healthy dessert
There is no sugar or salt in the recipe for Apricot Pepper Jam, so I often have it for dessert with no guilt feelings afterward. I've also spread it on baked chicken. There is a slight "kick" to it, but it is not overwhelming. Makes a great small gift. Everyone I've given it to is grateful.

Novel flavor
Love the zesty flavor that is not overpowering. Tastes great on vanilla ice cream!! I ordered 6 more jars after tasting the first order.

Delicious Apricot Pepper Jam
Excellent jam we use it for roasted chicken. It is wonderful. Makes a whole new taste. We love it. I ordered 2 just in case, don't want to run out. It can also be used for a topping for Cream Cheese as a snack. Thank you Apricot king you are the best.
