Dried Pears from Apricot King are such a treat
These dried pears are incomparable. Pun intended. They have appeal from the moment you see them. It is hard to put them down once you have opened the bag, smelled the aroma and decided to have a healthy treat. I bring them along on hikes to beef up my energy. They are extra large, moist, and full of flavor, and fiber. My friends love them at our card games for snacks.

My favorite afternoon snack is Constant Comment decaf tea, two dried pear halves, and a shortbread cookie or almond biscotti. I love fresh pears, but most of the year the supermarket fruit is too hard to ever ripen, or mealy. Dried pears are great year round. I found Apricot King pears decades ago, after my local supermarket stopped carrying dried ones. These are superb! Try simmering them in pear nectar, then pureeing, to make a jar of pear jam.

Up till now I have only ordered your amazing apricots, but I needed some dried pears for a recipe so I ordered a bag. What a revelation!, so delicious, perfect texture, they even are fragrant. Immediately ordered a big box of them cuz I do NOT want to run out of these delicious pears! Thank you for providing uniquely excellent quality dried fruits that can’t be found elsewhere, and that take me back to my (long ago!) childhood with every morsel. So grateful!!!!
