Excellent apricot syrup made with very little sugar as our Blenheim apricots are sweet to begin with...
so we don't need to add much sugar to make the pectin set.
We added less than 10% sugar to make our syrup pour-able and perfect.
Our apricot syrup is great for ice cream, waffles, pancakes, or on ham or chicken.

Thick, true Apricot flavor. I used it as liquid in an apricot turnover and I believe it made the turnover excellent.
