Excellent apricot syrup made with very little sugar as our Blenheim apricots are sweet to begin with...
so we don't need to add much sugar to make the pectin set.
We added less than 10% sugar to make our syrup pour-able and perfect.
Our apricot syrup is great for ice cream, waffles, pancakes, or on ham or chicken.

Pleasant surprise
We searched for years for an apricot syrup we liked; most were too sweet. We love the flavor and thick consistency of this syrup. It's fresh tasting and not too sweet. We'll be ordering more.

Killer apricot Syrup is a perfect name!

Tastes like an apricot and not artificial fake stuff like all the others
I used to love Knotts apricot syrup, but they stopped making it years ago. I found a local small farm that made it and it was good but very sweet, with little to no actual fruit in it but they stopped making it also. I tried a few from Amazon but they were just super sweet and artificial. So I was happy to finally find someone that makes it, not too sweet and tastes just like an apricot. Excellent for pancakes, french toast, waffles, or whatever you can think of. Better order a few bottles, it will go fast.
