Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. Pure Apricot Syrup 15 oz.
Excellent apricot syrup made with very little sugar as our Blenheim apricots are sweet to begin with...
so we don't need to add much sugar to make the pectin set.
We added less than 10% sugar to make our syrup pour-able and perfect.
Our apricot syrup is great for ice cream, waffles, pancakes, or on ham or chicken.
Tastes like you're sitting under an apricot tree in the fresh season! 15 oz. bottles

I could eat this with a spoon! I made a killer glaze for some pork tenderloin, and had enough of the glaze left over for some acorn squash the next night. Love this!

I truly love this syrup as it is thick and tastes like the wonderful Blenheim apricots from which it is derived. AND, it does not have loads of sugar in it, so I don't feel guilty using it on my pancakes and waffles. It is also wonderful on ice cream and can be used to flavor chicken or other meats. I have to buy 6-8 at a time, or I run out too fast! I give it 5 stars!

The very best apricot flavor. I sometimes take it to friends dinner parties instead of wine.

They call this "killer" apricot syrup and that's a name this perfectly made syrup lives up to. It's not overly sweet and that gives it a perfect, full-bodied apricot taste. You feel like you are eating fresh apricots every time you pour it on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, and much more.

I use a couple of Tablespoons on my Greek yogurt in the morning. OMG!! Delicious. Can’t wait to have pancakes or waffles soon
