Excellent apricot syrup made with very little sugar as our Blenheim apricots are sweet to begin with...
so we don't need to add much sugar to make the pectin set.
We added less than 10% sugar to make our syrup pour-able and perfect.
Our apricot syrup is great for ice cream, waffles, pancakes, or on ham or chicken.

Very zippy flavor
The Apricot Pepper jam is wonderful. The Apricot Pepper Syrup is wowzers!! Try on chicken, ham steak, vanilla ice cream, pancakes - or just a dab on a spoon!

I could eat this with a spoon! I made a killer glaze for some pork tenderloin, and had enough of the glaze left over for some acorn squash the next night. Love this!

Apricot Syrup Review
I truly love this syrup as it is thick and tastes like the wonderful Blenheim apricots from which it is derived. AND, it does not have loads of sugar in it, so I don't feel guilty using it on my pancakes and waffles. It is also wonderful on ice cream and can be used to flavor chicken or other meats. I have to buy 6-8 at a time, or I run out too fast! I give it 5 stars!

Yummy Aprrict Sauce
I've been enjoying this sauce for years. I pour it over omelets, pancakes, ice cream, salmon, chicken, pork... The very best apricot flavor. I sometimes take it to friends dinner parties instead of wine. Love it.
