The best dried apricots. I especially love the slabs--they're sweet and full of delicious apricot flavor. They're amazing on their own (I put a small bag of them in my jersey pocket for long bicycle rides), and they're delicious diced and tossed in homemade granola or trail mix, or chocolate chip oatmeal spice cookies. . . They make wonderful gifts for others, but usually I gift them to myself!
