We love the apricot slabs. They are great cut up and used for muffins with a bit of orange marmalade.

Slab Apricots are fantastic. These apricots are sweet and very very good. Eating 2-3 ounces every week is never enough. Several apricots a day keeps me happy healthy and wise! Thanks for growing such good fruit and drying it so well.

We love these slabs. Love them! So flavorful and sweet, good to bake with, and snack on. My mother grew up on an apricot ranch in San Jose, which is sadly long gone. I grew up on Apricots and Peaches from my grandmother's yard/orchard. This is the closest replacement I have ever found to the ones we made ourselves. My kids have chosen these as their favorite treat, and I couldn't be happier with their choice. Each season we stock up in the hopes it will last, but they are too good.... they never last as long as I think they will!

My grandparents grew and dried apricots in Silicon Valley long before the silicon. I grew up eating them and help cut and dry them. They and their farm are gone now but my children get to taste the kind of apricots I grew up on with these! They truly are the best!
