Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! 2024 crop
Classic slabs are overripe, sticky, and full of the sweetest flavor.
These are machine cut, delicate, thin slabs....very sweet and very tender.
Always in top demand, you'll notice the unique color & deep taste of slabs.
Our crop produced several tons of slabs.....it was very hot several days during harvest....
so the yield on overripe fruit was excellent.
The Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!

These are the best dried apricots I have found anywhere. I buy in bulk every year so I can share with my family. The grandchildren eat them like candy & I use them to make heavenly apricot bread during the holidays. I look forward to placing my order every year.

I have been purchasing apricots from the Apricot King for over 20 years. They are the best I have ever tasted. They are moist and sweet. I typical eat 12 lbs a year. I use to get them at the Farmers Market in Santa Cruz, California. Now I have them shipped.

Simply slabs are delicious, nutritious and mildly processed leaving them tender to chew and sweet to taste. It doesn't get better. My whole family enjoys them. We believe they are an anti-cancerous food. So there ya go.

I grew up in California apricot country, so I know my apricots. I had a hard time finding good dried until I received a package as a gift from my sister. THE BEST! Sweet and soft! I am now w a lifetime customer!

The Simply Slab apricots are the best I've found anywhere. I order them in bulk year after year and share with my family. They are always very soft, moist and dried to perfection. We can hardly wait for the new crop to be ready each year.

I love the slab apricots. They are sweet, complex in flavor, and delicious. A word of warning: they are highly addictive! I order them in bulk and always have them on hand. I've bought dried apricots from many other vendors (online and in store), but the Apricot King has the best by far.
