But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

Slab Apricots
Blenheim cots are absolutely delicious! The slabs are not perfectly shaped ... they are my family's favorite to nibble. Tasting is believing ... very addictive.

The only apricots we eart
Thank you for supplying us with fruit all these years. Thank you for all your thoughtfulness and individual attention. We will enjoy your fresh, well packaged produce as long as we are able. The only apricots my husband will eat is the slabs. There's no substitute for that. Your product is the only one available. We are eating your fruit everyday. Thanks for keeping us healthy and happy!

i love EVERYTHING from apricot king. These are worth the $ they are SO good and SO easy to eat and cut so incredibly deliciously they're worth it.
