Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Classic slabs are overripe, sticky, and full of the sweetest flavor.
These are machine cut, delicate, thin slabs....very sweet and very tender.
We keep these separated from the rest of the crop....you'll notice their unique color and flatness.
Our crop produced several tons of slabs.....it was hot for several days before harvest....
so the yield on overripe fruit was excellent.
The Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!

Slab Apricots are fantastic. These apricots are sweet and very very good. Eating 2-3 ounces every week is never enough. Several apricots a day keeps me happy healthy and wise! Thanks for growing such good fruit and drying it so well.

We love these slabs. Love them! So flavorful and sweet, good to bake with, and snack on. My mother grew up on an apricot ranch in San Jose, which is sadly long gone. These cots are like the old fashioned slabs we used to get as kids. We also get fresh Blenheims from ApricotKing for jam. Thank you Apricot King for your amazing products.

The Best You Will Ever Find

I grew up on Apricots and Peaches from my grandmother's yard/orchard. This is the closest replacement I have ever found to the ones we made ourselves. My kids have chosen these as their favorite treat, and I couldn't be happier with their choice. Each season we stock up in the hopes it will last, but they are too good.... they never last as long as I think they will!

My grandparents grew and dried apricots in Silicon Valley long before the silicon. I grew up eating them and help cut and dry them. They and their farm are gone now but my children get to taste the kind of apricots I grew up on with these! They truly are the best!

ApricotKing apricots are excellent! The slabs are moist and chewy, appealing color and flavor. There is none being sold anywhere that compare with the excellent quality of these apricots!

After trying Apricot King's Simply Slab Blenheims, you cannot go back to eating dried apricots that are sold in regular stores. It costs more, but you are paying for the best dried apricots that your money can buy that you cannot find anywhere else. I've been buying these for the past twenty years. I thank my lucky stars that Patti and her family are committed to their orchards and their customers.
