Just a heads up, these are not as tasty as my Orchard Blend....but they're clean and excellently tart tasting.

The perfect apricots
Hands down The ApricotKing has the best apricots out there. These baking apricots are more tart and dehydrated than the other apricots I usually get, which makes them perfect for baking. Just in time for the holiday season these apricots are great to put in baked goods, and the extras freeze well. I cannot say enough positive things about them!

Delicious for Eating
This was my first purchase from Apricot King, and I can’t imagine how delicious the Orchard Blend or more expensive varieties are, because these are great. My kids are thrilled to have them in their lunchboxes, I love them as an easy and healthy snack, and, sure, I might end up cooking with them or making some jam, but any concerns I had about finding these not quite as good for just plain eating as I hoped went away as soon as I tried one. These are great.

The Best!
This was my second order and the apricots were amazing. This order goes into making lots of apricot jam for family and friends. The flavor of these apricots is what I remember as a child. I remember driving in the country to the apricot sheds to buy sun-dried apricots. The other apricots are good but the ones from the Gonzales Family are so full of flavor and just delicious.

Small but Mighty
These cooking apricots were just delicious. They were just what I needed to make tart apricot pies like my grandmother's best. The quality of these apricots was excellent. They make great cookies and bread and are great for snacking or in a smoothie.

Made delicious apricot jam from the dried Blenheim apricots. Made naturally with lemon juice and sugar. No pectin used. Delicious and beautiful color!
